Built in 1925, Bend’s oldest and most beloved private golf course has come into the 21st century! The Club has kept pace with recent updates to the course and the indoor salt-water pool. For the very first time, golfers can live where they love to golf, on the 10th fairway of the Bend Golf Club. Construction of Bend Golf Club homes is underway and the 1925 Townhomes are estimated to be available for purchase in the Fall of 2020. Phase One at 1925 will feature 12 single-level homes with commanding views of the fairway. Architect John Muir, who has had great success with high-end residential homes in Aspen, Colorado, as well as with Arrowood’s other local developments in the Tetherow Golf community, has crafted four exceptional floor plans ranging from just over 1,803 to 2,431 square feet, priced from $679,000.

About the builder

Arrowood Development LLC began building in Bend more than 25 years ago in the private golf community of Broken Top.
